How I Got Started in Newborn Photography

My photography journey began over 15 years ago, long before I ever imagined turning it into a full-time career. What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into a passion—especially after photographing my first newborn session.

There was something so magical about capturing those fresh, raw, real moments in a baby’s first days. Not overly posed. Not staged. Just honest, connected images that tell the story of new life, new love, and growing families.

Now based in Green Cove Springs, Florida, I serve families throughout Jacksonville, Saint Augustine, Fleming Island, and surrounding areas. I bring a laid-back, natural style to every newborn session.

My Philosophy: Real Over Perfect

If I had to sum up my style, it would be: beautifully natural, deeply connected, and relaxed.

I know that new parenthood can feel chaotic and emotional. I don’t think your photo session should add to that feeling. My goal is to create an environment where you feel completely at ease. It’s a place where your baby leads the way and the images reflect your real connection not just a pretty pose.

In my neutral lifestyle studio, everything is designed to feel cozy and effortless. I provide all the wraps, outfits, and setups. You just show up, take a deep breath, and soak in the moment.
